
Shipping, Refund & Returns Policy
Jlo's Wax Meltz uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery service for all orders. We currently only ship to UK postcodes.
Orders are typically packed and despatched within 2-4 working days. Please allow between 2-7 working days for made to order/personalised items.
You should receive your order no later than 4 days after you receive your despatch notification. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days from the date of despatch please email: [email protected] Note: we cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by Royal Mail, for example due to poor weather conditions etc.

Please include your order number and a breif description of the issue.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you receive it.
RETURN POSTAGE
If your return is a change of mind, for instance if you have picked scents and aren’t keen on them, then you will be responsible for return postage costs. If the items are defective (wax bars broken in transit does not class as defective) then upon our inspection, we will issue a refund of the returned postage cost.
After we receive your items, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
